The Competitiveness Evaluation of Wind Energy Industry in Hebei Province

The wind energy takes one kind of clean renewable energy, which is obtaining more and more values. At present, the wind energy industry was also at the weak position compared with the rich reserves in Hebei Province. To evaluate the competitiveness evaluation of wind energy industry (WEI) accurately and scientifically, this paper analyses the WEI influence factors based on the diamond model and proposes the intelligent evaluating model based on improved genetic algorithm (GA). The model has the advantages of self-learning, self-organizing and self-adapting, avoids the subjective mistakes in the evaluating process, and improves the evaluating accuracy greatly.
