Invisible Character-based Approach of Webpage Information Hiding
It can be fast broadcasting and secure detection to embed a secret into web pages. A kind of new approach is created by character separation and composing. The secret message is not required to convert into bit data. Based on the decomposing idea of ASCII coding, each ASCII character in the message is separated into two invisible characters to embed into the marks of HTML source code. In the extracting process, the message is recomposed as the coupling relationship. The hiding process and algorithms are stated in detail. The experiments are implemented with wellknown network portal web pages. The results show that the new approach can not only keep the hiding effects, but also increase the hiding capacity up to 3.5. It will be suitable for large-scale message broadcasting.
