Centrosymmetry Based Data Perturbation for Distributed Privacy Preserving Clustering
With the rapid development of the computer applications,the dimensionality and size of the data that different parties collected have been keeping increased these years.As a result,we need a method that considers not only the privacy degree and data utility but also the effectiveness.To meet such need,we propose a new method for distributed privacy preserving clustering called centrosymmetry based transformation(CST).The algorithm is designed to ensure that the perturbed data can maintain a certain privacy degree and utility while reducing the time overload of CPU operations greatly and improving the efficiency evidently when facing high-dimensionality datasets.We also carry out a series of experiments to prove that the method is feasible and efficient
