An Improved Algorithm Research on Ear Recognition

摘要：

The dissertation put forward a new algorithm research for ear recognition.Firstly,get the detailed image of ear via image pre-processing.Then measure the difference of ear edge with the improved Hausdorff distance,making it more detailed and effective to describe the edge difference so that confirm each feature vector of ear vector.Finally,according to the marginal information of auricle we get,judge it that if two ear images are from one person using the matching algorithm based on support vector machine (SVM).The experiment results show that the process of ear feature recognition and recognition method are viable and efficient
