The Study on Precipitation Forecast based on Fuzzy Mathematics and Grey System Theory

摘要：

Precipitation is an important part of water cycle in nature.Precipitation is a random process with nonstrictly non-aftereffect property.A fuzzy and grey Markov process based on fuzzy mathematics and grey theory is proposed in the paper.This method has been applied to the annual precipitation predication and the result shows that the method is reliable.
