Information Fusion Method for Milling Tool Wear Identification
A single signal monitoring often in specific conditions is able to effectively identify condition of milling tool wear .As a result of such chips,cutting fluid .vibration and the impact of poor response time,sensitivity of the test,changes in the physical properties of materials,cutting conditions,tool and the workpiece diversity of discrete data collection and other factors,the actual monitoring stability ,robustness and reliability has been greatly restricted,so far a method has not been shown to work in a wide range of very effective.To that end,multi-parameter monitoring method can improve the success rate of discrimination to make full use of each of the monitoring capacity of each others advantages.
