Modeling and Analysis for Virtual Rolling Pieces of Dynamic Simulation System of Rolling Process
Dynamic simulation is an important method for researching and developing new product.This method can not only be used for examining system accuracy,analyzing and locating failure causes,but also developing new product and control algorithm.Combining with dynamic simulation system of cold rolling mill working process,this paper raises a concept of Virtual Rolling Pieces,focused on problem that practical pieces cannot be detected in rolling process,to accurately present whole steel status.Regression mathematical model has been researched in this paper,its parameter estimation and canonical analysis have been accomplished,which laid a solid foundation for dynamic simulation system of rolling process.
