Application of Laser Flatness-meter in Flatness Control for Hot Strip Mill

摘要：

Combined with 1700mm laser flatness-meter in hot strip mill,the flatness-meter is analyzed and researched.A flatness factor is established composed by relative elongation and bending defect coefficient.Also,the laser flatness-meter sense data processing method is given.Based on the characters of flatness control for hot strip mill,the flatness control strategy is raised.This study provides the flatness detection and flatness control in hot strip mill with a new and referential method.
