Authentication Algorithms of Internet Protocol Security in An IPV6-Based Environment

This paper introduces the popular applications of Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6),depicts the architecture (general header and extension header) in details;analyzes the authentication headers of transport mode and tunnel mode,and finally points out that both advantages and disadvantages coexist in Internet Protocol Security (IPsec).
