Design of New Type Spherical Valve Protecting Sealing Face Automatically

摘要：

In this paper,the author designed a new kind of spherical valve and applied for the patent(patent number: ZL200820231113.2).The difference between the new and the ordinary spherical valve is that the former contains a wiper ring,a grand and a spring,but the latter does not.The wider ring is hard and is assembled between the body and the spool,and clings to the surface of the spool by the spring.When the valve is opened or closed,the impurity and the corrosion cant enter the sealing pair,thus the sealing pair is protected,the leak is decreased and the working life of the valve is improved.
