Development of Visual Analysis System Based on Visual Basic
Process Equipment and Control Engineering of Key Laboratory Sichuan Province Based on finite element theory, ANSYS software was encapsulated by VB software. The visual analysis system for structure field and flow field of high-parameter gate-valve was developed through their seamless integration. Conducted with APDL, simulations for gate-valves structure field and flow field promoted the efficiency of serial design and optimize design. Making full use of prominent advantage in its graphical user interface, VB was efficiently linked with ANSYS. Friendly human-computer interactive interface reduced requirements to technicians level of English and ANSYS. This system reserved user defined function interfaces to improve its generality and expansibility.
