Service Innovation Management Support System in Modern Manufacturing Enterprises

摘要：

Based on the literatures review, this paper firstly introduces the concept of platform and platform method applied to product innovation; accordingly it introduces the concept of service innovation management support system in modern manufacturing enterprises. This paper and then analyses the requirements, processes and characters of service innovation to propose applying platform method to support the service innovation in the modern manufacturing enterprises. The paper at last brings forward the customer service platforms operational principle and application methods.
