Identification System of ID Number Based on Cosine Similarity Algorithm
ID number, which is a unique identifier that is used to confirm citizens identity, is frequently input when citizens deal with some business. It is extremely complicated to input ID number by hand, not only low efficiency but abo error-prone. The algorithm that is advocated in the test is based on different characteristics between numbers to identify ID number after a series of image process, such as pretreatment, exact division of figures. This method possess characters of high-speed and briefness, it make full use of features of numbers and neednt enlarge or shrink the picture to specified size. The identification results indicate the speed and accuracy of the method can meet the needs of application.
