Bio-spired Neural Computational Model for Collision Detection
The traditional artificial neural network model cant fit well for expressing biological neural computational mechanism and is difficult to combine with new finding biological neural mechanism serving for knowing artificial intelligence and its application. On the base of data analysis on animal electrophysiological experiment on collision detection, the paper make s work on mixing biological neural computational mechanism with popular artificial neural network model, build a neural network computational model for collision detection, imitates the computational process of biological neural network, finally, obtain s consistent results with animal experimental data. The simulating results illustrate that the biospired neural computational model can represent the complex biological visual process by some simple means. Moreover, the model can explain the visual brain neural mechanism on collision detection more physiologically and more meaningful.
