The Factors Analysis of Small and Medium-sized EnterprisesTechnology Innovation Model Selection in China

摘要：

Successful technology innovation is foundation for the survival and development of small-and-mediumsized enterprises.To adopt the model of technology innovation is the essential consideration for small and medium enterprises.The research in the paper shows that the internal and external factors of the enterprises influence the decision of selection of innovation models.Therefore,this paper analyzes the selection method of innovation model for small and medium-sized enterprises according to the market conditions,the enterprises situation as well as the development strategies.
