Analysis of SMEs Technological Innovation Capability Based on Life Cycle Theory

摘要：

Based on the life cycle theory,the paper studies the growth engine and regularity of enterprises technological innovation through the analysis of internal resources and management efficiency.Then the paper makes an empirical analysis on SMEs technological innovation capabilities in Hubei province and finds some useful results.
