The cross-border M&A are becoming increasingly important in the FDI.The actions of Cross-border M&A in the developing countries have increased rapidly except developed country.The sphere of activity involving effort turns toward the tertiary industry and high-tech industry.Its becoming mainstream of the cross-border M&A to acquire new technologies.The Enterprises performing the M&A will obtain high technology.It will be beneficial to facilitate the mobility of the scientific and technical personnel,save times developing new products and increase the synergistic effect.It will bring forth spillover effect from R&D and competition from transnational corporations to the host country.It is of help to the training of scientific and technical personnel and plays an exemplary role.The Chinese enterprises should actively participate in the crossborder M&A in order to acquire high technology and cultivate nuclear Competitiveness.Watch out for the risk from the M&A at the same time.
