A Study on Status and Related Measures of Small & Medium Enterprises Technological Innovation in China
Small and medium enterprises occupy an important position in economic development ,and the strength of technical innovation ability is directly related to a countrys overall scientific and technological innovation.Considering about the characteristics of small and medium enterprises,the paper,first of all,analyzes the small and medium enterprises technical innovations necessity and feasibility.On this basis,it sorts out the surveying data of typical provincial,and summarize the situation of technological innovation of small and medium enterprises in China.And then,it points out the suggestion of promoting technological innovation,and provides the theoretical basis for technological innovations policies.
