The Organization Styles of Technology Center and Technical Innovation Performance

摘要：

Based on the empirical research of the Technology Center of high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province,the authors analyze the Gradelevel,organization form and location of enterprise technology center.Moreover,this paper also studies the comparison on technical innovation efficiency among different forms of enterprise technology centers,provides some suggestions on the construction of the technological Center of the Enterprise.
