Business Model Analysis of the Hai Di Lao Limited Company

摘要：

In the existing industry,entrepreneurship is a very common phenomenon,and some of the new venture startups succeed and achieve rapid growth.Existing theories on business model explain business model innovation have been able to provide a competitive advantage.Based on the analyses of the entrepreneurship and fast growth of Hai Di Lao Food Co.,Ltd.,a famous enterprise in Catering,this paper attempts to explore the important role that the business model plays on the entrepreneurship and fast growth in the existing industry.The purpose of writing this thesis is to illustrate the importance and the significance of the innovation of business model in the entrepreneurship.
