Empirical Research on Influential Factors of Knowledged workers Turnover Intention:Evidence from 126 High-tech Enterprises in Beijing
Knowledged workers are fresh troops for value creation of high-tech enterprise.However,their inherent characteristics determine the heistr of their turnover rate.Taking the knowledged employees of high-tech enterprise in Beijing as the research objective,according to the characteristics of the turnover in knowledged workers,basing on questionnaire investigation,using the method of factor analysis and multiple correlation analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the factors influencing knowledged workers turnover.Finally,this paper also proposes corresponding suggestions for turnover of the knowledged employees of high-tech enterprise,to help high-tech enterprises carrying out human resources practice.
