The best planning is the first step to success,since it can help us to foresee,to reduce,to cope with the uncertainty of the future,and even to solve complex problems.By making the plan and defining the goal managers can make the correct decision.From the standpoint of the matching of human resources planning and staff career planning,this article pointed out the importance of the planning in the modern human resources management and put forward some appropriate measures to safeguard this match.
