Pursuit and Avoidance of the Sheep Flock Phenomenon during Operation of Small and Medium Enterprises

The sheep flock phenomenon,or the effect of sheep flock,is a phenomenon during operation,especially during the operation of small and medium enterprises.Centering on the relationship between individual decision-making and group development of SMEs,this paper takes a nominative method to discuss the characteristics,basic functions,advantages and disadvantages of the sheep flock effect of SMEs,as well as measures for SMEs to go after advantages and avoid disadvantages of the effect of sheep flock.Based on analysis of the risks accompanying impulsive pursuit and the opportunities with impulsive withdrawal,the paper proposes strategies for SMEs to pursue and avoid the sheep flock phenomenon.
