Formation Mechanism for Scientific Literacy of Enterprise Employees

摘要：

The State Council issued the Outline of National Action Scheme of Scientific Literacy for All Chinese Citizens (2006-2010-2020) in 2006.It requires that actions for the purpose of scientific literacy should be taken for key population,like urban labor force,that relies mainly on enterprise staff to bring along scientific literacy of Chinese citizens.And how to further enhance the scientific literacy of staffs in companies,and reach the requirements given by the outline? Based on the empirical analysis of enterprise employees in Guangdong,this article analyzes the relative influencal elements of the level of scientific literacy of enterprise employees,and finally gives the formation mechanism for scientific literacy of enterprise employees.
