Interactive Development Mode of SMEs Embedded in Large Enterprises Value Chain

摘要：

In the adverse circumstances of the current depressed global economy,it is difficult for small and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs) to develop independently.Therefore,the best option for a win-win situation is to develop interactively with large enterprises.We start with the meaning of interactive development between SMEs and large enterprises and indicate that it is a good way to accomplish information sharing,credit support to each other,technology integration,meeting market demand together,etc.We focus on analyzing the interactive development mode of SMEs embedding into large enterprises value chains,discussing the benefit and applicable conditions of the mode.At last a typical case is studied.
