Promote the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises for Increase Current Employment in China

摘要：

According to the data released by National Bureau of Statistics,the urban registered unemployment rate in China was 4.3％ in 2009,but did not include the unregistered and recessive unemployment.Small and medium enterprises not only play a crucial role in promoting economy growth,and also serve as main channel and fresh force to broaden employment.Therefore,it is of important realistic interest to investigate how to support the development of small and medium enterprises for alleviating the current pressure of employment.This paper discusses the features of current employment situation,analyzes employment promotion effect of small and medium enterprises,and further brings forward corresponding measures.
