Fiscal Policy to Support SMEs in the Path of Indigenous Innovation

The SME is a kind of important strength for national economy development,therefore,strengthening the construction of the SME technological innovation,raising its level and success ratio,and promoting its healthy growth,have been a topic causing the universal attention of every governments,Chinese and foreign academic circles and the business community.The paper analyzes the fiscal policys effect on each stage of the SMEs indigeneous innovation,then explains the relationship between them,constructs a theoretical model which fiscal policy promotes the SMEs indigeneous innovation.
