How Women Influence Organizations Performance in Family Business
This study focuses on women leaders in family business.It tries to identify the process of their pullulation and the important factors in their internal & external environment,by which we can find how they influence organizations performance.Firstly,this study reviews literature and constructs the model which describes how women leaders influence organizations performance.Then,this study picks up three representative family firms and three women leaders.These three women grew up in different ways.This study uses coding method to validate the model.At last,this study discusses the results and sum-up some suggestions.Also,the limitation of this article is discussed.There are three results of this study:(1) internal factors influence the results of different roles i (2) Different roles determine different performance;(3) The influence of internal factors to roles is regulated by external environment.
