Anti-Dumping,Industry Protection and SMEs Development:Reflection on the Case of Chinese Coated Paper

摘要：

This article analyzes the main economic influence of trade policy (anti-dumping) on Chinas coated paper industry and point out the internal factor in the import anti-dumping to being subsidized when exporting Chinese coated paper products with the help of related trade and industrial policies of China.Then it comes to the conclusion that industrial policy and trade policy should keep a due balance with each other,and adjustment should be conducted when either of them achieves the supportive effect on specific industry.
