Study on Countermeasures of Boosting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises by Patent Pledge Loan

摘要：

The current situation of the patent of small and medium-sized enterprises exist some problems.Patent pledge loan is important for technology transfer and industrialization.But,there are some obstacles to the pledge of patent right in China.The countermeasures to improve the patent pledge system include standardizing patent pledge system,increasing government input,and strengthening the evaluation of patent.
