On the Motivation of FDI by BRICs TNCs

With the rapid development of FDI by the newly emerging market economies TNCs,the activities of the four BRICS countries TNCs are extremely distinctive.Using the statistical data of UNCTAD,this paper analyzes the motivations of BRICS TNCs,whose activities are similar to the activities of the newly emerging market economies TNCs.Motivations which impel the development of FDI by BRICS stem not only from the different developing stages but also from the government policies of each country.Motivations which stem from the micro level vary from corporation to corporation.
