An Empirical Analysis of Xian Property Structure and Its Impact

摘要：

In this paper,the authers use the sales and marketing panel data of various types of commercial housing in Xian area and apply regression methods and gray relation to analysis the supply structure and the housing market problems of Xian in recent years.They also put forward some suggestions for the future development of city real estate market.
