Influential Factors on Female Entrepreneurs Decision-making to Start A Business

摘要：

Women entrepreneurs grow fast in number and contribute greatly to economic development.Previous research on women entrepreneur has yielded various explanations as to gender differences among entrepreneurs and why female entrepreneurs differ from male entrepreneurs.Based on previous literature,this study explores the influencing factors on female entrepreneurs decision-making to start a business,and puts forward a new concept model for future research.
