Opportunistic Entrepreneurship:A Literature Review

摘要：

This paper reviews the theory development of entrepreneurship research from the opportunity perspective.It gives the definition of resultoriented entrepreneurship,opportunity-oriented entrepreneurship and opportunity.Drawing on the literature,it tryies to explain how to explore the three basic questions of opportunistic entrepreneurship provided by Shane and Venkatarman,combined with cognitive theory,prospect theory,institutional theory and group identification theory.At last it discusses the limitation of the opportunistic entrepreneurship and proposes new research directions in opportunistic entrepreneurship.
