Research on the Antecedents of Work Engagement for Women Entrepreneur:A Case Study

摘要：

As people have different social expectations for male and female,female who starts a new venture will face unimaginable pressures and challenges.Therefore,how to keep a positive way in work for women entrepreneur is an issue we need to care about.This study concentrates on the deep excavation in the case study and discusses the antecedents of work engagement for women Entrepreneur.And then it does some discussions on how to improve work engagement for women entrepreneur,which will do good for further study and the practices of women entrepreneurship.
