The Research on SME E-commerce Development Strategy Based on SWOT Analysis

In the 21th century,global e-commerce have expanded exponentially.The advent of the digital age brings about development opportunities for SMEs which are relatively weak in competitiveness in the traditional business environment.Implementing e-commerce and makinge-commerce strategy are the keys for SMEs to success.Based on the SWOT analysis,this paper provides e-commerce strategic choices for SMEs.
