Research on Intellectual Property Security System of Small-Medium Software Enterprises

摘要：

In the age of knowledge economy,intellectual property security system is of the utmost importance to development of Chinese small-medium software enterprises,because of the special competitive characteristic of software products.However,the status of intellectual property protection of Chinese software industry is far from optimistic,so the paper points out that small-medium software enterprises should set up new and improve existing interior intellectual property security system step by step,and the external protection mechanism of software industry,that is the related law system of software intellectual property protection is also be improved from aspects of Copyright Law,Computer Software Protection Regulations,and Patent Law,etc.
