Transmission Path of Chinas Exchange Rate and Its Impact on the Substantial Economy of Zhejiang Province

摘要：

Exchange rate transmission is a transmission process of macro-economy into predetermined target by using exchange rate policy.This paper first discusses the realistic path of Chinas exchange rate,and then analyzes the impact of the volatility of the current Renminbi (RMB) exchange rate on the substantial economy of Zhejiang Province.The paper also analyzes the problems existing with the current exchange rate mechanism and proposes some feasible suggestions on exchange rate reform.
