The Empirical Analysis of the Restructured Scientific Research Institutes--Based on DEA-Malmquist Index

摘要：

Using the cross-sectional data of Y provinces provincial research institutes over period from 2001 to 2009,we analyzed these institutes changes of Malmquist productivity index based on DEA-Malmquist index method.The result shows that theses institutes low technical efficiency is mainly due to scale efficiency,and Malmquist productivity growth mainly depends on the high technological progress.
