Problems and Countermeasures Analysis about the Lower Rent House Construction of Xian

摘要：

By analyzing the supply and demand of the present low rent housing construction of Xian.we deem that the insufficient fund is the key reason of the problem we should develop the financing channels further and use the legal means to guarantee the capital put in the right place timely,so as to get substantive progress of the Xian lower rent house in construction.
