Housing the Aged Citizens in Home Care in China

摘要：

In China,with the rapid increase of the economic level and the citizens income,the intention of the elder care and the desire of living of the older people in the cities have changed,with the changing of traditional mode of the aged in home care.Firstly,the residence products and the main demand factors for the aged in home care in the urban were analyzed.Combined with the theory of residential area in the normal society,the patterns of housing the olds among the new residences and the new generally fit for aging residence were explored.And the suggestions on the taxation and technology were put forward.
