Distribution Channel Strategy in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises
With the development of Chinas economy,small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) play a more and more important role.However,in the complicated and dynamic market competition,small and medium-sized enterprises are facing tremendous pressure of survival.Distribution channels have been the focus frustrating these enterprises.Faced with the severe situation of the distribution channel management,small and medium-sized enterprises of limited resources must try to survive and develop.This paper analyzes the main problems of distribution channels construction and management in small and medium-sized enterprises,and then proposes some measures.
