Study on the Relationship between Percentage of Porosity and Infusion in Seam

On the measurement of the coal samples of the seven coal mines of Yanzhou Coal Group, and according to the situation on the spot, the minimum diameter of the pore which allows water to infuse in is determined as 0.01 μm. Then on the analysis of the water content of coal seam which adopts the measures of infusion in seam, the author proposes a theory of using the percentage of porosity of coal seam to appraise the feasibility of the infusion in seam. By the experiment on the spot, this theory is easy to carry out, which does a great deal on the guidance of the infusion in seam of coalmines.
