Layout Technology of Roadways in Deep Well Goaf of Nigh Distance Coal Seams
Aiming at the supporting difficulties encountered in the vertical layout or the smaller dip separation of the roadways in the nigh distance in the goaf, this paper worked out the mechanism of dirt band failure and the layout principal of roadways, applying the method of numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and calculation, etc. The research displayed that the dirt band failure was mainly due to the tensile strength σt, span of the dirt band L, thickness h and load q; Failure depth of dirt band under each side of the roadways was over 2m, which had great impact on the excavation and support of roadways; what affected the layout of 3upPer coal seam contained the mining destruction on dirt band, narrow chain pillar, geological structure, span of roadway and water trickling in goaf, etc. The redesigned roadway supporting effect was evaluated through engineering practice.
