Characteristics and Evaluation Law of Zonal Disintegration in Deep Mining Roadway

The bearing pressure of most deep mining roadway is several times or even 10 times of the initial rock pressure, the deformation and breakage of these roadways are severe. Based on the typical geology and mining conditions of Xinwen Mining Group Corp., strata exploring instrument of YTJ20 is adopted for inspecting the roof fracture and absciss layer of deep mining roadway. Detection results show that the roof around the peak area of bearing pressure ahead the working faces damages firstly, and then extends to both sides; as the mining executing, the damage areas caused by different bearing pressures will interconnect, and will form new zonal disintegration. The damage size in the radial direction will increase as the mining. The relationship between the increased damage size A L as the mining, the radius of roadway and distance form the center of Zonal Disintegration to the surface of roadway L is established.
