Design of Automatic Closed System about Gas Outburst Monitor and Its Role on the Reducing Security Costs

In China coal mine safety are always the focus. Furthermore, the gas outburst is its top priority, because more than 70% accidents have links with gas outburst. With the rapid development of computer information technology and sensors, the gas monitoring has made substantial progress. The automation technology makes the monitor and prevention of gas outburst form one system, which is a new concept of monitoring and control. But security costs is the key to constraining the development of enterprises. In order to minimize security costs, automatic closed system is designed in this paper and it can judge the classes of risks considering the productivity and security. And the most importance is the system can take different measures according to different risk rather than the same method which would increase the costs. In addition the databases and remote systems is a wealth of information. Thus, it is an effective way for reducing the security costs and early warning of gas outburst.
