The Parallel Relay Communication Mode in Microseismic Monitoring
a large amount of data communication is needed in microseismic monitoring. Currently, RS232/485 techniques are used in microseismic monitoring system. The main problem of this technique is the low data rate. To increase the data rate, the local area network with TCP/IP protocol has to be built. Data will be transmitted to remote monitor center via server. To implement microseismic monitoring in coal mine, this paper proposes a parallel relay local area network communication method. This method uses tree network to connect buses, thus reduces the usage of cable or fiber dramatically. The layout of the monitoring system becomes more convenient and costs less. At the same time, communication rate and quality are guaranteed.
