Study on Accident Disaster Situation and Emergency Rescue Methods in China

摘要：

According to the indicators of national accident death and million tons mortality of coal, the situation of domestic major accident disaster in 10 years recently has been analyzed by this paper, the accident disaster has high degree of uncertainty, complex variability and potential crisis and other characteristics. Although the overall security situation in China is getting better, major accidents are constantly emerging and natural disasters in China are frequent, causing serious economic losses and poor international influence. Combining the defects and experience in emergency rescue process, improved methods of emergency rescue can be put forward from the command structure, rescue plans, rescue teams, rescue resources, emergency warning, emergency drills and the promotion of safety awareness, which has important practical significance for reducing accident loss as much as possible.
