Test Analysis and Technical Transformation for Chilled Water Pipelines in Hot Mine
The cooling system in Tangkou mine is composite pipeline with open water supply and close water return. By the test analysis of the chilled water in the system, a series of questions are pointed out, such as the contradiction between water demand for cooling and for other uses, and the cooling water supply is less than 38%, the difficulty in achieving balance of supply and demand, etc. For solving the problems above, a new type composite pipeline with close water supply and open water return is put forward based on the original pipeline. In the new pipeline system, the chilled water for cooling is up to 100%, and the contradiction in water demand is solved well. The technical matters in pipeline transform are also brought forward in this paper.
