Measuring situation awareness in computer mediated discussion

Situation awareness is an important factor in successful computer mediated group discussion, yet the related metrics have been lacking. To fill in that gap, we propose 13 metrics from 3 aspects to systematically reflect discussion situation using hierarchical discussion as an example. This research can be considered as the first attempt to answer what a fully understanding of discussion situation is and how to measure it
